Liahren issues an organic cotton certificate for each production lot. Orders above 1000 kg are issued free of charge, 200-999 kg carry a USD 180 fee per order, and 20-199 kg receive a signed declaration instead.
Certificate Issued per Production Lot
Liahren releases an organic cotton certificate to clients for each lot of production. The fee depends on the total order weight, because certification is applied per transaction scope.

Planning Your Order
If your program needs a transaction certificate for retail claims or marketplace compliance, consolidating colors and styles into a single order above 1000 kg removes the certificate fee entirely. For smaller trial orders we provide a signed declaration confirming the organic cotton content, which many buyers use for internal records and first-round sampling approval.
Tell your sales contact at quotation stage whether a transaction certificate is required, so the certification cost and lead time are included in the first offer rather than added later.
