Why Reviews Matter
An honest review helps other buyers make an informed purchasing decision, and it tells our production and service teams exactly where to improve. Both positive feedback and constructive criticism are useful to us.
What to Include
- Fabric performance: hand feel, shrinkage, color fastness and pilling after washing
- Sampling experience: lead time, accuracy against the specification, communication speed
- Bulk production: consistency between the approved sample and the delivered lot
- Logistics: packing condition, documentation accuracy and on-time delivery
