Bamboo Terry Fabric Width: 270 cm Production Line Explained
Liahren's bamboo terry production line runs up to 270 cm wide. Regular towel and bathrobe widths are 180 cm and 90 cm, and the line can be split into paired widths such as 150/120 cm or 135/135 cm.
Maximum Line Width
Our bamboo terry fabric production line is 270 cm wide, so any finished width within 270 cm is technically possible.
Why We Do Not Usually Ship at 270 cm
Running a single 270 cm width is difficult for even color dyeing and creates handling and shipment complications. For that reason we recommend narrower finished widths unless your cutting plan specifically requires the full width.
Regular Widths
- 180 cm - the standard width for towels, bath sheets and bathrobes
- 90 cm - the standard width for smaller towel formats and baby items
Paired Width Options
The line can be set to produce two narrower widths from one run, which improves dyeing consistency and reduces waste:
- 180 cm + 90 cm
- 150 cm + 120 cm
- 135 cm + 135 cm
What to Specify in Your Inquiry
Give us the finished width you need, the target weight in gsm, the composition, and the end product. If your program uses more than one width, tell us the ratio so we can plan the slitting and keep both widths in the same dye lot.
